Miguel Andrade

As an Azorean native, originally from S. Miguel island, I moved to Turkey, France and Germany to pursue a postgraduate degree in Advanced European Studies and international politics. Studying subjects such as diplomacy and negotiation I acquired skills to use daily in real estate, educating homebuyers and sellers. Last year I completed the Luxury Real Estate Sales Management Course. I recognize and value the trust my clients' place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. My clients often describe me as detail-oriented, proactive, and with in-depth knowledge of the Portuguese islands market. I have been a leading top producer for over 5 years. My sales consistently rank in the top 1% of Century 21 Azor.
Prior to entering real estate, I worked on several projects on a voluntary basis related to nautical sports, namely in Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. My main hobbies are surfing, sailing, horse riding, playing golf and tasting Azorean wines. Recently I worked in the local government following tourism, private investments and civil construction projects. These experiences instilled in me the knowledge needed to enter the Century 21 Azor family through the big door.
